About Us
We are producers of less than 500 cases of wine per year. This allows us to source the best fruit from select vineyards that are salmon safe and follow low impact viticultural practices. Our labels are vineyard specific to enable us to give credit where it is due. We are very thankful for Terry Brandborg who is our winemaker. His 35 vintages of winemaking experience and love of cool climate varietals comes through in every bottle.
We regularly submit our wines for public review and have won awards from Sunset, the San Francisco Chronicle, and received very favorable reviews in many northwest wine publications. We are not hung up about the usual scores as we are too small for most of the big names to even consider reviewing them due to our limited distribution. We prefer that you score them.
Our wines are distributed in Lake Oswego by us. Outside town we use the services of Oregon Wine Country Distribution and Sales. We ship direct to anyone that orders wine on line that resides in a state we can ship to provided the buyer is 21 years of age or older. Just send us a direct e mail. We donate 10% of our profits to charity annually.

Our Winemaker
Terry Brandborg of Brandborg Vineyard and Winery has been making wine since 1975. What started out as a hobby grew to commercial levels in 1986 in California and solidified with a move to Elkton, Oregon in 2002. Consumate pinotphiles, Terry and his lovely wife Sue and their crew make 8500 cases of wine per year for their account and custom crush for several independent wineries. They own acreage outside of Elkton with a commanding view of the North Umpqua River where they have planted Pinot Noir which they use in their Estate bottlings.
We count ourselves fortunate to have Terry making wine for Monte Ferro. His Monte Ferro Pinot Noirs and Chardonnay have won wine awards from Sunset Magazine and the San Francisco Chronicle and are standouts in their price category. Thanks Terry!
